To purchase travel insurance you will need to provide the following to the provider you choose:

• names & ages of travelers
• trip cost (this can be adjusted later if you don't have the air yet)
• travel dates
• destination (just country names)
• your mailing address, phone, email or fax # for your travel docs delivery
• the tourcode (or booking number) for the tour your are on e.g. PPRF10
• date of initial tour deposit
