| "Where
can I go?" |
|
| Basically, you can't
go wrong with Europe - it's all wonderful! Each of our tours includes
key Christian History sites, so you really just need to ask yourself:
"Is there a particular Reformer that I want to
learn about?"
"Is there any region in Europe I've always
wanted to go to?"
"Would I also like to see places connected to my favorite composer
or artist?"
"Is there a place that's closely associated with my denomination?"
We have a variety of tours for you to browse and
you can customize these to fit your interests. We're with you every
step of the way! Feel free to call us at 1-800-303-5534 and our
Sales staff will be happy to discuss options with you.

| "When
are the tours?" |
| One of the attractions
about Europe is that it is fabulous year round. We can arrange for
your group to travel anytime! Imagine seeing fields of tulips in
Holland in the Spring, cruising the Rhine in the sunshine....or
browsing for Christmas presents in medieval Rothenberg.
You lead a busy life and we understand. We'll work
with you to help find the perfect time to schedule your trip. Give
us an idea of when you might want to travel and we can take it from
there. We can tell you when prices change
for off-season for example, which can mean great savings. Call us
at 1-800-303-5534 with any questions you have. Back

| "Who
should I take along with me?" |
|
As a group leader, you'll have help every step of
the way. All you need to do is decide who you want to invite! We
recommend inviting a wide circle of friends and family. Don't worry
about travel arrangements, we'll take care of the details.

| "What
will I have to do?" |
| We believe
that the Group Leader should have an easy job. Our materials are
designed to be quick and easy to use. |
Step One: We'll
either meet in person or have a phone consultation for you to
pick the itinerary (we'll help as much as you need) and we will
discuss the date and price range. We will then make a 2 page full-color
personalized itinerary for your group.
Step Two: You get together a list of the names
and address of the people you are thinking of inviting on your
tour.
Step Three: You write a sales letter. We can
give you examples to work from and a list of points to include.
Step Four: We send you a promotion packet, with
personalized material on a CD for you to get printed. (We can
also handle this if you prefer).
Step Five: We suggest having
three meetings: an initial one to introduce the idea of the tour,
a second one for participants to get to know each other and a
final one to pass out the tickets etc. We will send you PowerPoint
presentations, video clips, maps and other materials for you to
use, plus fun suggestions on how to make these evenings enjoyable.
